Product · Workflows

The same steps, every time.

Draw the steps in advance: a form, a rule, an approval, an AI step. The workflow follows them in the order you drew, and waits for a person where a decision is theirs. AI works only in the steps you choose.

Three steps to start: a form, an AI agent, a person who approves. Then a real one: CV screening.

Why a workflow

When the path is known, it must be followed.

An agent or a team decides by itself how to handle a request. A workflow is for the opposite need.

  1. The same steps, every time
  2. Rules that always give the same result
  3. A person who approves before the work continues
  4. AI only where you want it
A short Agentivity workflow in the Studio: an invoice comes in and the AI reads it; over 1,000 €, Finance approves it before the requester is told

The steps you drag in

Ask, decide, repeat, and let AI work where you want.

  • Ask a person To approve, or to answer a question, before the work goes on.
  • A form Ask a person to fill in several fields at once.
  • A condition Take one path or another. The same input always takes the same path.
  • Repeat Do the same steps for each item of a list.
  • An AI step Let an agent, or a whole team, do the open part of the job. Teams
  • A table Read, add, change or delete rows of a Data Table. Knowledge & Data

In the Studio

Draw it, then follow it step by step.

A real one: CV Screening Some steps use AI, such as reading a CV. Others are plain logic: a condition, a calculation, a pause to ask a person.
A workflow while it runs: the step that asks a person is active on the canvas, with the chat on the right and the logs at the bottom
Follow each step While it runs, the active step lights up, and every step is kept with its logs.

With your teams and your apps

Free where it helps, fixed where it must be.

  • A workflow can call a team One step of your process hands the open part of the job to a whole team. Teams
  • A team can use a workflow A workflow can be a member of a team, for the part that must follow fixed steps.
  • An app can start it A person starts it in the Studio, or an application asks for it. VibeApps

Questions

What people ask us.

Do I need to code?

No. You drag the steps from a catalogue onto the canvas, link them, and fill in their fields.

A workflow or a team?

A workflow when the path is known and must be followed. A team when the cases are many and different, and the specialists must decide how to handle each one. You can combine them.

Can a workflow start on a schedule?

Not yet. Today a person starts it in the Studio, or an application asks for it.
