Governing Law
These documents are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Belgium. Any disputes arising from your use of Agentivity shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Belgium, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection laws applicable in your country of residence.
Language
These legal documents are provided in English and French. In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between the two versions, the English version shall prevail, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
