If you go beyond your plan
Ce contenu n’est pas encore disponible dans votre langue.
You can end up with more than your plan allows: you moved to a smaller plan, or the plan changed. This page says what happens. The rule is the same each time: what is in use keeps working, and nothing new is added beyond the limit.
What happens at once
Section titled “What happens at once”- People, spaces and API keys that already exist keep working.
- You cannot add a person, a space or an API key beyond the limit.
After 14 days
Section titled “After 14 days”If you are still beyond the plan after 14 days, the last added are held out:
| What you hold too many of | What happens |
|---|---|
| People | The person added last can no longer sign in. |
| API keys | The key made last stops working. |
| Spaces | The space made last is read only, except for the owner. |
Nothing is deleted. Put it right and everything is back.
The banner
Section titled “The banner”The Studio shows a banner Beyond your plan, for those who manage it. It says what is over, for example “N people for a plan of M”, and from which date the last added is held out. It also says what to do: deactivate someone, revoke keys, archive spaces, or choose a bigger plan. After the date, the banner says “Since” that date.
Put it right
Section titled “Put it right”- Deactivate people in Administration > People.
- Revoke keys in API keys.
- Archive spaces in Spaces.
- Or choose a bigger plan in Subscription.
See People, groups, roles and spaces, Your account and API keys and Subscription.
