A workspace without a plan
Ce contenu n’est pas encore disponible dans votre langue.
A workspace has no plan when its 14-day trial ended without a choice, or when its subscription ended. Nothing is deleted at once. The workspace goes through stages, and you get an e-mail before each one. Whoever has the right to manage billing can get out of it at any time by choosing a plan.
The stages
Section titled “The stages”| Stage | When | What it means |
|---|---|---|
| Read-only | From the day the plan ends, for 30 days | Everything is visible and people can sign in. Nothing new runs. |
| Paused | From day 30 until day 90 | The workspace is stopped and can no longer be opened. Your data is kept. |
| Trash | After 90 days without a plan | The workspace is put in the trash. It can still be restored. |
| Deleted | 30 days later, so 120 days without a plan | The workspace and its data are deleted for good. The address becomes free. |
Read-only
Section titled “Read-only”The Studio shows a banner: “No plan in force. Everything here is still yours to see; nothing new runs until a plan is chosen.” The button Choose a plan is for the person who manages billing; the others are told to ask them. An execution you start is refused with the message “This workspace has no plan in force: choose one in Administration > Subscription. Everything in it is still here.”
You can still read your agents, workflows and data, and export everything from Administration > Data.
Paused
Section titled “Paused”The workspace does not open. The page says This workspace is paused and offers to send the link again to the owner. That link reactivates the workspace. It opens again a minute after the payment of a plan. A link can be asked once every 10 minutes.
The e-mails
Section titled “The e-mails”The owner gets an e-mail:
- when the plan ends;
- 7 days before the pause;
- when the workspace is paused;
- 7 days before it goes to the trash;
- when it goes to the trash;
- 7 days before it is deleted.
Each e-mail has a button, Choose a plan or Reactivate my workspace.
Come back
Section titled “Come back”Choose a plan in Administration > Subscription, or use the link of the e-mail. Everything you built is still there: see Subscription. A workspace in the trash can be restored, but one that was deleted cannot.
