Start a hosted workspace

A hosted workspace is a workspace that Agentivity runs for you. There is nothing to install: you sign up, you get an address, and you work in your browser. Your address looks like yourname.agentivity.app.

• An e-mail address. You become the owner of the workspace, and the link to open it goes to this address.
• A name for your workspace.

You do not need a card.

1. Open www.agentivity.io/start.
2. Under Plan to try, choose Personal, Pro or Business.
3. Give Your email.
4. Give the Name of your workspace. Use 3 to 30 lowercase letters, digits and hyphens, with no hyphen at either end. The page shows the address it makes, for example yourname.agentivity.app.
5. Accept the terms of use, the terms of sale and the privacy policy, and pass the anti-robot check.
6. Select Start my trial.

The page then prepares your workspace: it reserves your address, then starts your workspace for the first time. It takes 2 to 5 minutes. Keep the page open.

If the name is already taken, the page says so: choose another. There is one trial for each e-mail address: if one is already running for yours, the page says so.

When the workspace is ready, the page says “We sent the link to” your address. Open the e-mail and select the link. It works once, and for 7 days.

1. The page says Welcome aboard. Check your e-mail, give your name and choose a password.
2. Select Join.

You are in the Studio, and you are the owner. The link opens the workspace at its own address: keep it, you will use it every time.

If you lost the link: go to www.agentivity.io/find, give your e-mail address, and the address and a new link are sent to you. The page answers the same whether or not a workspace exists, so nobody can find out who has one.

If the link was not used in time, a trial that nobody opened is removed after 48 hours. Sign up again.

• It lasts 14 days, and starts when you sign up.
• You get every feature of the plan you chose.
• It is limited to 200 executions in all.
• No card is asked, and there is nothing to cancel.

When the trial ends, choose a plan in Administration > Subscription to keep going: see Subscription. If you do not, see A workspace without a plan: nothing is deleted at once.

• The first time, the workspace takes minutes to start. Later, when it has been asleep, it wakes in seconds: see When your workspace sleeps or is updated.
• The workspace is yours: the owner can export everything in one file, from Administration > Data.
